Work
Selected experience as a designer and engineer.
- Lead Product Designer
Our 3-year-old desktop app needed to move to the web, which meant rethinking onboarding from scratch. With my front-end background, I leaned into web-native affordances to redesign the flow rather than just port it over. The result was a more accessible, intuitive onboarding experience that reduced friction for new users and laid the groundwork for the design system we built alongside it.
- Lead Product Designer
Our web app needed billing features that could handle complex pricing, unique add-ons and separate fees all in one place. I led the design end-to-end, balancing clarity for users with the business logic underneath. The final interface replaced a manual billing process entirely, turning a recurring operational headache into a self-serve feature.
- Lead Product Designer
Loan status visibility was a real gap in the market. No product in our category had solved it well. I worked closely with the CEO to explore and iterate on how deal statuses could be displayed clearly without overwhelming users. What we landed on was distinct enough to become a genuine differentiator for the product.
- Senior Designer & Head of Product
Our perinatal mental health coaching service was expanding into group sessions, which was a meaningful shift in how we deliver care to BIPOC moms. I extended our existing design system to build a calendar view and event detail cards that felt consistent with the brand, then built the page in code myself. It opened up a new service tier and helped us reach more members at once.
- Senior Designer / Design Engineer
After a rebrand, we needed to roll out the new look across roughly 20 individual pages without losing consistency. I worked from the new design language and adapted it across page types, including the about page and various content templates. It gave the site a coherent, professional feel throughout and reinforced the brand at every touchpoint.
- Senior Designer & Head of Product
Our coaches needed a structured way to assess members' mental health vulnerabilities before sessions. I designed a mobile-first survey flow even though the brief called for desktop, because I knew who the users were. The result was a clean, accessible set of screens that worked well on both and made assessments faster and less intimidating for members.
- Lead Designer
A 25-year old local sanitary ware and tiles store needed a fresh identity for their e-commerce launch. I led the visual exploration, focusing on simplicity and earthy tones that felt true to the brand. These two pages were part of our pitch and show how I approach design work with limited briefs and tight timelines.
- Web Designer
An agri-monitoring startup wanted to rebrand and I had very little to go on, no detailed brief, just the product space. I used that as a design challenge and built something on-brand and content-led from first principles. It is a good example of how I work when there is no playbook to follow.
- Web Designer
An existing client was launching an internet TV station and needed a landing page fast. I focused on building atmosphere, giving visitors a feel for the experience without revealing too much before launch. The page was mobile-optimised, built in code, and had a clear call to action. We hit the deadline and launched on time.
